THE WEEKEND EXPERIENCE
Harvest kids is a ministry seeking
“TO GLORIFY GOD BY LEADING CHILDREN TO BE LIFELONG FOLLOWERS OF JESUS CHRIST!”
We have three classrooms on Sunday mornings:
Nursery (Birth – 3 years) | Preschool (3 years – Kindergarten) | Elementary (1st Grade – 5th Grade)
We love to lift Jesus’ name high in worship and kids do this better than anyone. Kids learn both new and old songs, and hand motions to help them engage.
Creative Bible Teaching
We strive to captivate the hearts and imaginations of kids by creatively telling them the stories of the greatest book ever written…the Bible. We use discussions, activities and crafts to help kids connect and apply God’s word to their lives.
We aren’t meant to do life alone. We find it important to help kids build friendships, so kids are grouped by age and grade. Your kids will see familiar faces, and their relationships will grow as they learn in their own small groups.
Classroom environments, materials, and activities have been designed in a way your child will understand. Our desire is to make God’s word accessible to each age group.
When kids feel safe, they can relax and learn (and so can their parents!). Each weekend your child will be assigned a random code that matches to both their tag and your parent receipt. All volunteers are screened through a federal background check and security personnel monitor each hallway.
Kids love fun, and when they’re having fun, they can’t wait to come back.
The Gospel Project® for Kids immerses kids and preschoolers in the gospel through every story, theological concept, and call to mission from Genesis to Revelation. Ultimately, the gospel message changes everything; heart transformation can only take place when a child experiences the gospel. Through The Gospel Project® for Kids, kids and preschoolers will understand the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but one unified story—God’s story of redemption.
Our teachers and their helpers are people who love children and look forward to getting to know your children personally. If you are interested in finding out more about Harvest Kids or serving stop by the Harvest Kids check-in table on Sunday or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
