God has blessed our church with a tremendous amount of young families and it’s our desire to come alongside you as you parent your children to the glory of God. We’ve partnered with Paul Tripp ministries to bring you some of the best teachings we know of to help equip you to think biblically about your role in the home.

We’ve set aside 4 Friday nights in 2019 to watch a message for about an hour and then break up into small groups for application discussions. The cost is $10/person (this covers all 4 sessions). The location is TBD depending on the amount of interest we receive. The time for each is 7-9 pm.

Here are the 4 sessions

February 22: Behind your relationship with Jesus, nothing is more important in your life than being a parent. Dr. Tripp will warn you of the most common distractions that take your focus away from your primary calling.

March 8: As a parent, if you aren’t resting in your identity in Christ, you will naturally look for identity in your children. Dr. Tripp will reveal 5 signs that you are asking your kids to supply you with meaning and purpose.

March 29: Every child needs authority in their life, and God’s call is for a parent to represent His authority in a beautiful way. Dr. Tripp will show you how to express grace-based authority in the home.

April 12: For lasting change to take place in the life of a child, they must understand the desires of their heart. Dr. Tripp will teach you how to communicate this theology and prepare them for the war against sin.
