Colossians 3:15 says, “And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.”

What a command. And be thankful. Oh, how much disciples of Christ have to be thankful for! We want to display that this year by welcoming each other into our homes and lives this Thanksgiving season.

We know there are a lot of folks who don’t have family in the area or don’t have anyone to spend a holiday like Thanksgiving with, so we want to be a catalyst for community and fellowship this holiday season.

We want to present this to you now so you can think about it and sign up to participate in Friendsgiving in one of two ways:

1) We want people to sign up to host some Harvest friends for thanksgiving. If you have room at the table this Thanksgiving or you can make room at your table to welcome fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, then please consider showing hospitality and signing up to bed a Friendsgiving host.

2) The second option is to sign up to be a Friendsgiving Attender! If you’d like to join one of these families that want to yell “YOU ARE LOVED” by welcoming people into their homes, then sign up and join in the celebration of thankfulness.
